Sam is a property enthusiast who already has a thriving recruitment business that specialises in working with property developers across Scotland.

Benefits of an Inventory
Inventories are important to document at point of entry and the end of a tenancy. Along with the move in condition report of the property, this is supplemented by regular routine visits.
Property Visits
Property visits are beneficial for both the landlord and the tenant. These are carried out every 4 months and take around 15 – 30 minutes dependent on the size of the property. During the visit we will carry out the necessary checks and give you the opportunity to raise any points of note or issues.
