Learn the Value of Your Property
Valuations
Prior to visiting your property to give you a potential monthly rental figure we will compare similar properties within the current rental market to ensure the price is right. Throughout the tenancy we will monitor the rent and should the market rents rise we will review the value on a case by case basis.
Fully Furnished | Part Furnished | Unfurnished
Deciding what furnishing to have is a big part of the rental process. Fully furnished can potentially increase the property value however it also means should something need to be replaced you are responsible to do so. Tenants who have been in an unfurnished property previously and are moving for whatever reason are more likely to apply for unfurnished properties to save the hassle of having to sell or discard of their own property. A lot of our tenants have also said having their own furniture makes the property feel slightly more like their own home.
